Sennin with tiger beside him his acolyte standing close.

At the top of the tsuba - mountain range, behind the sennin, a waterfall an old pine tree, small outcrop of bamboo.

Reverse: flowing stream, old pine, low bamboo growth.

Edo Period, 1603 to 1867....Mr Ochi of Osaka a Tsuba expert dated this Tsuba as 1600s ( @400 years old)
